What will you do?
- Lead end-to-end project management for software development and Salesforce implementations projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and quality assurance, to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets for Salesforce and software development projects.
- Facilitate and lead project meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Conduct regular project status reviews, prepare progress reports, and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations and building strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

What will you need to succeed?
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in software development or Salesforce implementations projects.
- Strong understanding of architecture, and related technologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, Agile/Scrum, Agile/Kanban, Waterfall, etc.
- Ability to analyze and translate complex technical requirements into actionable project plans.
- Good level of English (B2-C1)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or relevant certifications.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder).
- Experience with integration of Salesforce with other systems and vice versa.
